Service with integrity
Give people a clear recommendation and enough context to make a comfortable decision.
Blutusk gives Orchard Park and the Buffalo Southtowns a local place for pre-owned electronics, repairs, custom computers, and patient technology guidance.
Jeff and Gina Siepierski opened the business in November 2016 after seeing a gap in the Southtowns for pre-owned Apple products and technology support with a more personal standard of service.
The store originally operated under the Experimac—and later Experimax—name, but Blutusk was always their company name and identity. In 2020, the business dropped the franchise-style DBA and began marketing under the name that felt like home.
Today the offering stretches beyond pre-owned Apple products: phone, tablet, computer, and console repairs; Android and PC products; accessories; custom gaming PCs; and practical local guidance.
The advantage is not simply geography. It is having real people accountable for the recommendation, the work, and the follow-up.
